What do you like best? What I like best is the fact that it's very easy to use and can also be used offline which is great! What do you dislike? Sometimes the platform can get a little sluggish in the middle of something. Recommendations to others considering the product: Overall, is a great platform for capture leads, and I recommend it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? To capture leads during events accurately.

What do you like best? Very easy to set up a campaign and keep them organized within the main sheet. What do you dislike? "Handy app to have while networking"

What do you like best? It's easy to use and it comes pretty handy while you're talking to people at the events, don't have time to remember if you've took their email address, if you've saved their business card and if you know their first name or not. Having everything in one place, quickly accessible and ready for you on the go was super value to myself. What do you dislike? I haven't found any particular downsides to it so far. "Simple to pick up and simple to use"

What do you like best? I like how Akkroo makes it simple to delineate between where the leads came from rather than just an empty bucket. I was able to use it for my specific area and have that information readily available when I needed it What do you dislike? "Tradeshow use"

What do you like best? I like being able to quickly track booth attendance at a tradeshow and rate the leads. What do you dislike? I have had issues with notes syncing once uploaded into our CRM. Also had problems with going back to edit notes once I submitted a scan. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? a very easy way to track leads and take notes after a conversation.

"Superior Customer Service"

What do you like best? Akkroo has all the functions we need to capture leads in the event / workshops. It is very user friendly, and simple to setup. The best of all, we have a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is very responsive and competent. She guided me in setting up the form, integration with developer kits from event organizer, making sure that data transfer successfully to our CRM, and resolved many issues and questions all the way through. What do you like best? One of the best things about Akkroo is that it collects and stores data without a wifi/3g connection. It's easy to set up. Forms are fully customisable meaning they can be fully branded to suit your businesses needs. Simple export post event into a smart excel sheet. What do you like best? We are able to make lead capture forms easily and quickly. And when you have lots of shows during the calendar year, you need to able to rely on a good capture system.
