Have been a customer for years. Was discussing upgrading to enterprise with sales person Victor Thai. Very unprofessional, personal and inappropriate comments about our inability to afford the upgrade price. Extremely unprofessional.

Continued price increases with little notice, and no preference for existing customers

What do you like best? Landing pages look good out of the box without designing skills. Easy to build new ones, and connect domain names. What do you dislike? Customer service policies, continued pricing changes. They justify these price changes but telling you that additional features are enabled, but why not just offer those to customers over changing their plan for features they aren't using? Absolute rip off for $199. Instapage are greedy nowadays and are not a suitable option for small businesses anymore. Thanks for nothing, I'll be making this widely known that instapage is a joke. I hope they are enjoying the loss of many businesses.

HOW DARE YOU!!!! 79$/month was already too much to use your tool but fine with that. Then you charge me 199$ for december and another 199$ for january 2020 because you change your pricing plan? Your answer : you notified me by email! Really???!!!?? Do you think you can just send me an email before take all the money you want on my credit card?!?You're crazy! People, DO NOT TRUST THIS GUYS!!

Moving to Unbounce.com awful experience

I have been a customer for 2 years of Instapage. And just like a flood of other users on here, recently saw my plan with them almost double to $199 / month because of some new features that are only relevant for very large advertisers and not at all what I signed up for. Instead of offering these new features as an optional new plan, they force it on users and refused me a refund of this absurd price increase for something I didn’t ask for. They don’t seem to care at all about long time ...

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM! FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!

It seems like over the last few months they have just gotten worse and worse. The price alone is a joke, and they have added so many unnecessary and unhelpful features. Even creating a simple A/B test is an absolute nightmare. We ended up getting two Business Accounts ($199 each) because it was cheaper than going fo the custom packages for our needs. Horrendous company. I will be migrating to a new platform very soon. Hopefully, they go under pretty soon.
