Not for agencies

What do you like best? The best part of Instapage is how quickly and easily you can build pages and edit mobile. Two step forms were seamless and worked well for some clients. What do you dislike? Integrations usually didn’t work for our clients which caused a lot of issues. There aren’t a lot of custom codes you can add to a page that will actually work. The experiments tab is very consolidate, you can’t edit or view your variants unless through the experiments tab. Unable to view ...

Instapage has an amazing drag and drop landing page builder that makes it easy to build any page

What do you like best? Love the drag and drop landing builder. I think the service is really good with customized pages that are easy to build. I've found great use in the A/B testing capabilities as well. It's nice to see a quick conversion rate number on the main page. I haven't used the dashboard much but I think it would be great way to see a summary of everything. What do you dislike? I don't love how complicated the site is getting. I feel like they make changes every other ...

Not recommended - scam

Probably a good product/software, but the customer service is terrible. I'm very shocked that there are still companies that deal/interact with potential customers in this wayAfter the free trial they automatically charge you even if you decide to cancel. They don't have the option to cancel your account manually. This makes it almost impossible to cancel. They hide behind a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you haven't noticed it in the first 24 hours (which is possible because they don't send ...

Overloaded and slow.

Signed up to a $129 plan, which was great for a few months until their servers became overloaded and slow.Their customer support is also very bad if you ever need assistance. There's better options out there.

Instapage: beware of annual subscription renewal

What do you like best? Fairly easy to make landing pages without coding. What do you dislike? Their billing practices are abusive. In my case, I signed up and opted for annual billing to take advantage of the 12 month discount. Cost was about $1,200 for the year. I used it for maybe 4 months and figured it was a sunk cost. At the one year mark, a charge for $2,000 appeared on my credit card. I hadn't used or thought about Instapage for months. Somewhere buried in the terms and ...

You are a thief... Disgusting !!!

Hi,You are a thief. As simple as that. I've tried the trial period for 14 days. I stopped using this app after 1 day...And why thief? Because during 13 days I've tried to cancel my account, delete it, delete my payment info... But it's wasn't possible (perfectly hidden on the website...) so you could get your $180.This is disgusting. I am a student and was trying to make a landing page for a job interview..I got the job but it cost me almost $200...Moreover, I've blocked the payment ...

Tons of bugs, terrible service

Tons of bugs, slow, cannot collaborate with multiple people on the same page. They aggressively compress images to save bandwidth, and they look Pixelated/blurry all the time unless you contact their support. They dont support basic things navigation menus with dropdowns, you need custom HTML (aka developer support), which defeats the whole purpose of the tool.Every single page takes ~5 to 10 seconds to load, INCLUDING PREVIEW of what your building. If you’re working on pixel perfect ...

Signed up for monthly landing page…

Signed up for monthly landing page plan, paid for the full year then used it for a few months. 9 months later they bill me nearly $2,000 hiding behind a 24-hour cancellation policy, and refuse to refund. They billed me a full year of service for something I don't use. This is taking advantage of users. Stay away.Responding to Instapages reply. I was given a partial refund of $600 out of $2,000 paid after disputing the charge with my bank. Still, Instapages closed my account so now I've paid ...

Expensive, inflexible billing, great platform

The new pricing is excessive. Instapage claims to be a conversion hub but is still mostly a landing page builder. A damn good one, but not at twice the price or more than the competition. Given the COVID-19 situation, I wanted to "pause" my account - make it dormant for a period of time. They have no such option, so I was forced to cancel.Forcing everyone to buy the "deluxe" package seems silly. Maybe it will work for them, and maybe expunging small agencies like mine is the goal.If so, it ...

NO FEATURE TO CANCEL YOUR PAYMENT

THERE IS NO FEATURE TO CANCEL YOUR PAYMENT !Since 2 months we try to cut the monthly payment, but it is simply Impossible to stop.Instapage can easily be replace by unbounce, landen or webflow that does the same or even more but cheaper !
