Their prices went from $30 to $80 then jumped to $200... they had an old email (I’ve tried to change multiple times) and refused to refund me the difference in price when they more then doubled their price. Customer support is so poor

Customer support is so poor. Even thought you pay almost a thousand dollar a month.The system is fine, but similar can be found much cheaper and with better support I heard.We asked them to cancel our annual contract 2 months earlier due to Covid-19. Then we received 4 different emails, some saying it was cancelled others saying it wasen't possible.Last one confirmed it was cancelled, then we thanked them for that and after a day we received a new email saying; They wasen't going to cancel ...

Over-priced and getting it so wrong

Over-priced, rude sales and customer support staff and horrendous user interface. Instapage used to be a fantastic tool but they have got the design and direction so wrong. The pricing structure is just ridiculous, although I notice they claim to be 'competitive' in other review responses. You just have to read some of the review responses to see the arrogant tone that they take with customers. I've left and gone to a new provider who has a better platform and is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper.

It has great templates to help getting started on a landing page and the drag and stop functionality are very good. You can also easily optimised the page for mobile which is very handy.
