What do you like best? As both QA and Technical support, I love the fact that Instabug effortlessly empowers the user to provide me with an annotatable screenshot, a note, a stack trace and device profile. Eliminating a frustrating back and forth to retrieve key configuration data. We can quickly assess whether the configuration and scenario reflect known issues or begin to identify specific configurations to which that particular problem applies. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy for users to enter bugs, automatically captures crashes What do you dislike? call stack doesn't always have line numbers What problems are you solving with the product? Great tools for app development
What do you like best? Simple to report bugs and feedback for everyone. What do you dislike? Everything is great just a bit expensive What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instabug solves previous our mess way to collect, manage and monitor issues. We love the code hierarchy tracking of each issue which fastens our developer to understand and solve issues.
