What do you like best? Options are right there where you need them. Didn't ever need to be searching for something. What do you dislike? I can't filter the bugs using just the bug number. For eg: if the bug number was 150, i have to type #150 in filter view which i felt was unnecessary. What do you like best? Easy way for our user to report bug or feedback. Different tool support, like React Native It's nice that we can attach log file along with the bug report, so that we know what's going on there. What do you dislike? The SDK sometimes is unstable, having bug. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Provide an easy way for our user to report bug or feedbacks, collect log from the app.
