Recommendations to others considering the product: I would say to give it a try in the free version. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpful insights into user journey
What do you like best? Watching videos of user activity and the heatmaps are probably my two favorite features. What do you dislike? It's not very pleasing to look at. I know that sounds a bit blunt, but it could use some help in the UI/UX department to make it visually friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's been great for various A/B testing initiatives we have done.
