Cool features - but a big time commitment to get great insights
What do you like best? I liked the cool visual of the recorded sessions. Gave interesting insights. What do you dislike? There is no way to really aggregate something like this, and it is a tedious process to go through a lot of examples. Quite Insightful
What do you like best? The fact that I can watch what the users of my website is doing and at clicking. What do you dislike? I don't like how sometimes the browser does render all of the elements, or it renders it differently What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using inspectlet to solve the issue of bounce rates. Where and when users are leaving the site.

Good but still huge room for imporvements
What do you like best? The user interface is very modern and clean. Easy to sort and filter data, generate heat maps. What do you dislike? We had few blank recordings, small performance issues. Small plans doesn't have all the features like funnel analysis. Recommendations to others considering the product: Inspectlet is a really nice tool that offers a lot of insightful informations .. Inspectlet website session recording is top notch
What do you like best? I like that all the "fluff" that many of their competitors use to increase the price substantially is stripped away. I love the fact that their is no training our help manual needed to be successful with this tool. You can jump right in and master it in no time. The pricing has more than paid for itself in the actionable learning we have created. I can create filters to group together sessions for just about anything I would like to pull together.
