"Very solid out-of-the-box CRM, although I have some trouble with the reporting. "
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? 1. Support is great. I've had a few issues figuring things out and they always respond promptly, even for more advanced questions like how to automatically feed leads into the CRM using Zapier. Also their youtube series is great for training and saves me from having to send them a bunch of questions. 2. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Covers all the most needed features in a non complicated, usable way. Easy to learn. Make a difference to your business without a very large investment in cash and time. Low risk. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Can get caught out with fees. They automatically increase when you add a new user, and do not decrease when you remove one (credit is applied to your account instead). "I found it to be too time consuming - too many duplicates"
