"Adequate CRM for small businesses"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly allows our sales to project managers to accounting team all be on the same page with clients instead of sharing gmail contacts inefficiently and not cross-organizationally. Transitioning the opportunities to projects is really helpful for our company. We also like being able to link emails and upload our contract for each project. "Great Product but Terrible Customer Support - as in NO phone support."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? For the price, it at first appears that it's a pretty robust system. However, their support is terrible. Did you know that they do not allow phone calls? Try using e-mail for a complex problem and you spend hours going back and forth when a phone call would resolve it in 15 minutes. I hate companies that do that. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? We like the Google Apps integration, Pipelines feature, and activity sets the most. I have tried several CRMs and keep coming back to Insightly. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? That I can assign tasks and keep track of notes and emails What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? not sure yet. WE still have to grow our business a bit more. Recommendations to others considering Insightly CRM: downloading the phone app is great for on the go. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Google Apps for Work is not a CRM - but Insightly is! And we love it. Together with the collaboration and communication platform from Google it's best available solution for start-ups and SMB at the moment. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It's a SaaS solution. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is very easy to setup for a small and startup business that doesn't know too much on how to work a CRM. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
