What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is very easy to use, on the desktop or mobile app. The standard set up is very robust and the customization (custom fields, custom filters, custom reports) allows you to use it exactly as you want to. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's easy to use and it's mostly free. You can't beat that. The project integration is awesome as well. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There's a lot of features, but sometimes I wonder if they implemented them in the best way. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? - helps me keep track of my contacts - merges with email and calendar - reminds me when to follow-up with whom What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? - takes time to learn the system, but that is the same for any management system - Insightly can't automatically comb my inbox and tag emails.
