"Very good functionality even at the free level"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The Opportunities section within Insightly is robust and allows the addition of custom fields in a free account. For example, I wanted to note the referral source for each opportunity, so I created a custom field called "Referral Source." "CRM for Small Medium Business "

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the cost - it's free! That's hard to beat. There is also lots of webinars available and good customer service to ask questions. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The systems has limitations when adding notes - it makes it very hard to search notes. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy to use, this CRM is a powerhouse. Easily store emails, notes, leads, contacts and more. Sync google calendars. Apply tags. Build pipelines and activity sets. Set User Permissions. You can even allow automatic social media profiles to be found and added to all contacts. Easy to import contacts from another database.
