What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly allows me to keep all my contacts and tasks organized. I receive email alerts when I have tasks due and the set-up was simple. "Feature Rich"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy to navigate and has a lot of features that are worthwhile. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It lacks a large amount of connectivity to other platforms. Namely connectivity to Outlook. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer management and logging of calls/meetings/contacts. Better visualization of visits etc.

"Great CRM for Small Businesses"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Intuitive, easy to use interface. A decent level of customization available and good canned reporting options. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There really isn't anything I dislike about Insightly as a CRM. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of clients and prospects and associated tasks/info to increase organizational efficiency.

"Complex System that Takes Time to Learn"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love the layout of Insightly, I can see where emails are or where we are at on a project. Also, emails CAN be linked to one another and projects to know where communication is. Additionally, I appreciated how I could create our own work flows and visually see the progress. "Insighlty Insight"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy to navigate from task to task. Love that it puts everything in a chronological order so that I can see what needs to be done and whats coming up. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I do have some issues sometimes with the program being slow. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to work closely with my boss to know exactly where we are in a transaction and it helps to keep our sphere up to date.
