What do you like best about Insightly CRM? BBC emails to keep track of them as Opportunities. Trying to follow up with prospects in my email isn't always effective even when I have tried to keep folders for them. With so many incoming emails, I would rather have the prospects logged in a different set up so that I can run through them all at once without having to do the email scavenger hunt. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The interface is simple yet you have everything you need in one page. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It doesn't have automation, but if you need to keep your records/client list organized, this is an affordable and friendly software to use. It took a while to get the software running as the support is not as responsive and training materials is not as extensive as we were hoping for. This is back in 2015. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly allows me to keep all my contacts and tasks organized. I receive email alerts when I have tasks due and the set-up was simple. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? When a task is assigned to me I can't add a reminder. It would be great if this could be added.
