I dislike that using some of the more sophisticated features is not super intuitive so you have to watch tutorials. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great for tracking companies who are potential clients and customers, as well as individuals within companies.

"Perfect for any small business ... or medium? "

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I really like the features that Insightly offers to those who use it for the free version. You can enter a lot of data and be functional as a small business. We used it for two years on the free version and finally had to upgrade. We upgraded because we knew what we were getting and I couldn't find anything better for the price. You can add fields, edit fields, create reports, etc. Insightly also integrates with IFFFT (If This Then That)...so when ...

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is a simple and cloud based solution at a lower cost than Salesforce What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Not as able to be customized as I would like...but I am also using the free version. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Seeing Long term plans next to my short term ones. It helps view the whole project clearly.
