"A giant step down from any other CRM. Lacking basic functionality. Not intuitive whatsoever."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The sidebar navigation makes a lot of sense, and that is about it. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The dashboard capability is awful! "Clean And Smart CRM"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love Insightly!!! Super easy to use, even for a beginner! My assistant found it to be very user friendly. She had never used a CRM before.
