What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The functionality to add whatever we'd like. It was a great tool to follow up with all our donors and make sure they were happy. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Personal reports are easily modifiable to your preference. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I hope there is an option to edit fields in the report view rightaway. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Prioritization of projects and continuity are easily monitored when I used insightly.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The search feature is brilliant. It always presents the results for the option I'm looking for, even with just a few characters added to it. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's so user-friendly. Everything is very accessible and well organized. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Deleting files - all the steps and reloading. That you have to go back to the page you are on. Need a bulk delete option.
