"Flexibly but clunky"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Very flexible and customizable. You can add lots of custom fields on objects and set up automations. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Lots of irregularity and warts. E-mail integration works for Google Business but not other accounts; have to forward E_mails manually to Insightly to get them to appear, and they intentionally block auto-forwarded E-mails for some reason. "Insightly CRM was a useful tool for us when we needed to rethink our customer relationships"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The determining factor was that we could fully sync Insightly CRM fields with our Google Workspace groups, users and calendars. That allows us a fairly seamless outreach with our member database. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The email marketing builder has been challenging. We have to create newsletters in another tool and copy/paste them in HTLM into Insightly. The smart merge functionality is also time-consuming. What problems is ...

"Very simple and efficient."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The organization and efficiency. Pretty easy to navigate once settled in. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Things can take too long to be updated after submitting. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving issues for accounts and queues.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is most helpful because it simplifies everything you need to get your job done and more! It makes work easier and enjoyable! What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Some of the forms are limited in the data you can input. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The most helpful part of Insightly is that it is very user friendly. We utilize the program to keep track of our clients progress after treatment. We can use it for our notes and information needed to collect good data. I like the customer service we received when we had questions or needed assistance. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? We used Insightly most often from New accounts that are coming, bogus contacts and so what I like about is to get our task done in all account What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
