"Insightly CRM was a useful tool for us when we needed to rethink our customer relationships"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The determining factor was that we could fully sync Insightly CRM fields with our Google Workspace groups, users and calendars. That allows us a fairly seamless outreach with our member database. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The email marketing builder has been challenging.
