"Insightly is good but I don't know any different."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is fast and works better than our other programs at work. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I wish it refreshed itself so I did not have to waste time refreshing all the time. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightly helps our team collaborate quickly and effectively across several states.

"Simple and Effective"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of access from any device anywhere, ready to use for work remotely and in the office. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The only Dislike is sometimes crashes, but that's pretty occasional. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving workflow management, ques are simple and better to track workflow coming in and out.

"Insightly is an intuitive CRM!"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy it is to generate custom reports. I'm often having to pull data on our partner firms and I like that I can create those reports easily and all of the information I need is in one place. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The ease of use is incredible. Learning and teaching the system is incredibly easy. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Sometimes at high volume times, the system will run a little slowly. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It enables mass customer information management.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? the pipeline view and its easy way to visualise stage by stage What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? sometimes when you create an opportunity the crm fails and all the spaces and characters are mixed up What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? it help me with organization and control of the numbers

"Declining satisfaction for what was once my favorite CRM"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly scales pretty well. It was/is a great starter CRM for small business with a low barrier to entry and a friendly starting price. It has a clean design with an interface that is easy to pick up. Another good feature is that it plays well with other third-party tools like QuickBooks, MailChimp, etc. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Support is not great. "Flexibly but clunky"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Very flexible and customizable. You can add lots of custom fields on objects and set up automations. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Lots of irregularity and warts. E-mail integration works for Google Business but not other accounts; have to forward E_mails manually to Insightly to get them to appear, and they intentionally block auto-forwarded E-mails for some reason.
