Great Product

What do you like best? I love that every time you turn around, the product is getting improved. Development is active and responsive to your needs which means this is far from being a stale software title. What do you dislike? Being on the East coast means I'm in hours before any west coasters are awake... only an issue if you're an east coast early bird. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use support. They are awesome. What problems are you solving with the ...

Good System, Attentive Support

What do you like best? The system is fairly robust and extremely customizable to fit almost any need. At the same time, the interface isn't overly complicated for regular users. What do you dislike? While the interface isn't complicated, it isn't as customizable as I'd like. If we could tailor it for individual users or groups in a more sweeping way, it might reduce the number of support calls we get. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

New to Ingeniux

What do you like best? Their training and implementation process has been very helpful for us. The system seems to be able to support most of our needs (there are a few items we will be looking into developing down the road). We're excited to launch our new site on their platform soon. What do you dislike? Some of the development work that was done required additional hours, however this may have been due to a lack of full scoping the work before development started. What problems ...

It provides the power of ASP.NET MVC on the backend and the flexibility to use modern JavaScript frameworks that also unlock incredibly flexible tools for authors working in the system. What do you dislike? While providing many tools to build whatever web solution you are looking for, it can be a bit of a ...

A CMS That Moves You Forwards

What do you like best? Ingeniux is good about listening for feedback and making changes. There's no perfect CMS, but there are ones that move forwards and ones that don't. What do you dislike? Modularity. The CMS obviously will bend to the web designer, but for power users who are in there often but don't have much control in the back end, things slow down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Forms, UTM codes to track audiences, ease ...

What do you like best? Easy of use, and infinitely flexible. You can literally do anything with Ingeniux. What do you dislike? Needs better asset management. When you delete an image from a page, it is hard to find the appropriate image in assets to get rid of it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great support! Flexibility at its best

What do you like best? Easy to use and understand and to train others on. The interface is simple and not complex. Most users can pick up the process or building out a page or using a workflow with minimal effort. What do you dislike? Assignments are clunky - can not group them or do a mass/group change. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ability to publish our content using a managed system with the flexibility for dynamic ...
