What do you like best? I like that Infusionsoft has so many functions, automated systems that we can use to stay in front of our clients/prospects, and ways to track all the information we would want to store. What do you dislike? It takes way too many clicks to accomplish the simplest of tasks. Adding a new contact for instance, can take anywhere from 10-15min for 1 new prospect. It’s annoying and tedious. The search function is also really overwhelming and not accurate enough. What ...

I love having everything under one roof, CRM, email marketing, e-commerce, fulfillment, reporting, etc. I know that I am only using a tenth of what the system can do, especially in terms of funnels and campaign functionality, but the more comfortable I get, the more I realize how much is possible.
