Infusionsoft by Keap, which was just Infusionsoft when I started using it, has many features that allow us to obtain new contacts and send out emails to them in an orderly and deliberate way. What do you like best? I enjoy the ease of use of mostly all features. What do you dislike? Some of the email builder features are clunky, there are some other features I'd like to see incorporated but are just not there. "A tool that "does it all," but doesn't teach you HOW to "do it all.""

Infusionsoft has all the components we wanted in a CRM - ability to track touchpoints and data about customers and prospects throughout their journey, AND the ability to automate drip campaigns and marketing messaging. "Good for what it is, but needs work"

What do you like best? The system is easy to use and is somewhat intuitive. It allows us to record the information we need and the workflows and campaigns allow us to customize our marketing emails. "Not bad, until you want to leave and CANCEL"

What do you like best? Email marketing, and the ability to store customer information. What do you dislike? Customer service, inability to CANCEL your account from the admin / billing area of the site. It is ridiculous in this day and age that you have to contact a company to cancel and then wait 48 hours for them to contact you to try and stop you from cancelling. What do you like best? the product has templates and lots of features you will never use What do you dislike? Its too complicated, its expensive, the sales staff sell you on the product promise training and then lock you into a product that requires a part time employee to manage. What do you like best? It is a good software for keeping track of your sales database and keeping notes. What do you dislike? I do not like sending emails from the software.
