"Marketing Manager Using This As An Email Service"
What do you like best? The tag groups are actually really helpful since we using this mainly as an e-mail service and keep it separate from our CRM. What do you dislike? The data clean up seems to take a while. When i'm importing and cleaning large lists it seems to be a pretty slow process which leads to some bottlenecks in my workday. What do you like best? Infusionsoft just makes everything a breeze as far as following up with clients on initial purchase times. Their campaign builder is super intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike? My least favorite thing with them is that every now and then they release and update and you have to relearn a few things. "Keap - Not Ready for Prime Time"
What do you like best? Being able to see Task status on the home screen was quite nice. What do you dislike? We identified five debilitating bugs in the first two weeks of use that rendered the program 90% unusable. The integration with QuickBooks did not work. Everyone had to have Admin privileges to be able to design landing pages and email templates. The touted Outlook integration turned out to be only one-way. All clients duplicated multiple times. "A immensely complete email marketing and sales nurturing application"
What do you like best? I mainly like all of the automation that we can set for the email workflow. We don't have to sit in front of a computer and craft emails and then send them out to a list through regular email accounts. Infusionsoft does a good job of getting our emails through so that they are actually read by the recipients. "It's a powerful system, although not for everyone."
What do you like best? The advanced workflows. I like the "new" email broadcast drag and drop templates. The legacy ones were clunky and a pain in the butt. What do you dislike? I dislike how complicated the automations can be compared to other systems. It takes a lot longer to learn to use the system. I've been using it for many years and I'm still learning new things. What I like about this tool is that as we complete the processes of the campaigns, Infusionsoft establishes labels that allow us to track progress and notify us so that we can be aware of the next steps to follow, so that we always have control of our campaigns, this is something that gives us peace of mind. What do you like best? I didn't like it, too complex, to difficult to set up What do you dislike? Amazing complexity to do simple things, lengthy setup process, expensive, company bills beyond the term of the contract, etc. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's too complicated in the extreme.
