"Not the best"
What do you like best? Infusionsoft has some ok features. We primarily use the Email Campaign Builder. The emails are not totally customizable which is frustrating, and you can't embed videos in the emails. What do you dislike? The speed alone makes my job 10x slowers with infusionsoft. What do you like best? It is a tool, which makes it easy for me to segment and activate automated campaigns. It also offers me a clear and easy to understand interface. This tool gives me the ability to easily create marketing campaigns and specific emails. It has a diversity of applications which allows me to manage the projects already carried out. What do you like best? I like the layout of the screen. Coming from Salesforce, this is a lot cleaner and simpler. I'm sure you can add and take stuff away if you need to but I have liked the simplicity for our use. What do you dislike? It is not very friendly to look at notes. You have to be on the contact view to see them in a fast manner instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom of the lead to find anything. What do you like best? That we can send monthly newsletters to all clients via email in just a few steps. What do you dislike? Being new, I am still getting used to the entry. I don't like that the Zip code field accepts more than 5 characters What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The email campaigns are a fantastic feature of Infusionsoft and probably the most valuable thing for us in the platform. We can create emails and send them out, then choose to add them to our marketing campaigns to be sent out automatically. The way that the emails are sent out are very customizable. I love that it can be used to handle tons of information for contacts with great segmentation tools that can be used for marketing campaigns and email broadcasts.
