"Syteline does the job..."
What do you like best about Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial? The ability to customize the system is extremely powerful when running a hosted or on-prem version. Mongoose framework remains a strong structure for growth. I have been working with Syteline/CSI for 23+ years at the time of writing this.

Poor Integration of add on modules, Extremely poor response times
PROS: Fairly easy to use, decent process flow. Order Entry and pricing are full featured. CONS: Integration of add on modules such as, Configuration, CRM, PaceJet shipping, Credit Card processing is VERY poor. Foreign Currency conversions do not function properly. It should not take 20 seconds to save a single sales order line transactions. It should not take 10 -15 seconds to open Home Pages, and 360 pages.

What do you like best about Infor SyteLine / Infor CloudSuite Industrial? Infor has strong competitors such as NetSuite, Dynamics, other applications. This is very useful for industrial applications. It is easy to learn, infor has built the most acceptable e-learning program in the small-to-medium-sized manufacturing space.
