Indeed recently introduced a feature that lets candidates call employers directly from job ads. While this seems helpful for candidates, it has caused a lot of confusion on our end. Indeed didn't inform us about this feature, so we were caught off guard when candidates started calling unexpectedly. This has disrupted our hiring process and created confusion. Been looking on indeed for a while .... nothing but rejection or being mismatched with companies i am NOT qualified for .... read the damn resume work experience. Alot of people can't afford the upgrade, so my resume is mediocre. To many jobs listing have a posted date of 30+ days ...this should be cleaned up or recent jobs should be listed

For employers indeed are hidden behind a number of layers of anonymity and it can be difficult to get through to any actual humans when you have an issue. However after posting a negative review they were quick to resolve the issue and provided a refund. Satisfied with the outcome however frustrated at the effort and time requried to obtain.
