This company is happy to take your money when you are advertising jobs, however when a disgruntled ex employee decides to write multiple bad reviews, the state that they cannot support as they do not offer IP tracking, and it is better for us to write our own multiple good reviews to combat this. Even when evidence is provided of the employee saying that they are writing these reviews, they do nothing. Eoin, and Akacia have responded to us eventually, however the latest responses do not ...

Missed interview with their client

I have tried 3 times to schedule an interview. I was successful on 2 occasions, I confirmed my attendance was sent the link joined the waiting area. On both occasions I waited 15 mins but no one joined to conduct the interview. Had to put other committments aside to attend these interviews. It's completely unacceptable a site that offers jobs but cannot attend scheduled interviews with its clients. I will not use again and look at other sites!!!

It should have a filter system where you can state the days/times/hours you can work. You should be able to message employer directly to ask for more info as sometimes the job ads aint very clear. Also a filter system if you can drive. Many job ops come up but need you to drive so i cant apply. Also you really need jobs that support working mothers than can state their working hours and days instead of many jobs saying you need to be fully flexable ect. I find indeed quite frustrating lately.

Indeed No Longer Employee Friendly

Indeed used to be for employees. You could read reviews of what employees thought of the work environment and base whether or not to apply for a job there. Now it is completely employer driven and untrustworthy. It asks you to "review" a company that you dont work for but are trying to see how the company's employees view their work experience. So you cant see the reviews without leaving a review. It's more bureaucracy to favor the corporations and its dishonest. Indeed is taking away ...

Terrible Experience - Unqualified applicants and bad customer support

As a small business in the medical field, I use Indeed to find appropriate applicants. As of the last year the candidate pool along with Indeed's options to filter by criteria coupled with Indeed's customer service agents have been terrible. I have tried multiple times to call them to review issues to try and make better use of the platform. The result: Increased costs, decreased qualified applicants and a ton of time on hold along with ill informed and rude Indeed CSRs such as Nacielia and ...

Overly complicated waste of 72 hours

I’ve been trying to post an ad as an employer for days now. My account is constantly being disabled for not providing enough supporting documents to prove the legitimacy of my business despite having added more than enough legitimate paperwork, etc etc. They still won’t approve my ad after countless amounts of proof and information. How hard can it be? It says we can get a job ad posted in an hour when in reality you have to wait around for 72 hours just to find out that your account is ...

Cleaning and similar jobs in Cheshire UK

Employers advertise they want to recruit 25 p/t workers. You reply and hear nothing further; not even an acknowledgment. It seems likely that these employers are just stocking their reserve banks of staff. Would recommend ignoring these advertisements.
