Out of all the jobs that I have applied…
Out of all the jobs that I have applied for I would of at least had a job if I was able to speak with the owners.With this being said I don’t think that applications even go to the employer after indeed looks at them !!!

Always being kept in touch with any updates on suitable job's. When I applied for job,I was again contacet on several occasions to enquire about my progress. Also was advised regarding paperwork that I would have to complete.

These people are adding certifications…
These people are adding certifications that aren’t even needed for some of these jobs.. And don’t let me get all the way through the application just for you to tell me do I have this one skill? I don’t know bilingual.. The problem is, I don’t need to be bilingual. That’s an option so it shouldn’t be mandatory for a job that’s discrimination.

I feel like half the jobs I apply for…
I feel like half the jobs I apply for aren't getting through to the employer. I've applied for well over 100 jobs in the past few months and one employer has ever gone back to me. It seems very strange considering I have all the requirements for most of these Jobs iv applied for and match the person they're looking for in every aspect on my CV.
