I do not get any reply for the jobs I applied for the 100s of time

Indeed's billing model not beneficial for employers

Indeed billing model has changed and thus charging for clicks rather than good, qualified candidates. I do not like this change. I used you a few times with success when the old model of allowing the hiring employer to vet applicants for 3 days prior to being charged.

You can tell the people posting jobs on indeed.com are discriminating against job seekers using the site. There is also a lack of job postings that have an accommodating schedule for single mothers or women of color. These employers are cold, calculating, and lack the empathy to train employees or add value to employees by giving them more skills or certifications. Verification process keeping small businesses out!

The verification process has been terrible and I’ve spent four days trying unsuccessfully to get verified. As a tiny mom and pop business trying to hire a new employee, this has been extremely tedious and frustrating. Poor connection from verification team and total lack of understanding for our circumstances.

Pathetic!!!

Pathetic!!! I applied for 2/3 jobs in my area and I am receiving offers from all GB! Including my old company!!!!! Where is the confidentiality? Absolute crap!
