After using Indeed for all of our recruitment for many year, and spending tens of thousands of pounds with them they decided to close our account 'indefinitely' and told me they could not provide a reason why. This is unethical and thieving behaviour when an adequate reason can not be provided as to why our account was unreasonably closed. I cannot even access applicants that we have already paid for nor the hundreds of job specs written by us over the years to post elsewhere. Unbelievably ...

Suspended Our Company Account
I used Indeed as an employer. Followed all of their guidelines, paid all invoices on time. Yesterday without giving me any reason they shut down my account. I sent them all the info they requested and even sent an email for further guidance just in case if we made a mistake, yet they kept my account suspended. No reason given. As we heavily rely on Indeed as a business this is a huge hit to us. I read their T&Cs, complied, paid on time yet still got suspended. Edit: I’ve just noticed that ...

Indeed.com is worthless
Indeed.com is using the millions of job searchers to gather information through assessment they say the employer requests (which is a lie) and selling the information. I do not think that anyone is able too get work through online sites such as these any more. I have applied for 50 or more jobs on Indeed without any luck. It is only more and more fake assessments. What an absolute waste of time!!!!

Waste of time, false advertising for employers
Waste of time, false advertising for employers. They advertise you can post a job for free, I then got an email telling me it has been flagged and have to pay for it to go live.

Nothing is as it seems
So you let people write a review for a job and you have "terms" on what to write? Seriously? You are asking us about our personal experience and in your terms you don't want our personal experience. So how are we going to let others know what we went through while working at that company? Keep covering them, I suppose they pay you well.

Indeed use of AI
Leaving a review for a company, after reading the review "standards" I followed them and my review was still rejected. Use humans instead of AI. Or just leave your review on Google. They don't reject or remove reviews. Response: Again I read the guidelines to be sure it conformed. Must be an AI that responded to my review as well. Response: Again, as stated in my initial review I conformed to the standards as I read them before posting my review. Must be an AI responding to reviews as well.

Except millions of spam calls
The job search and find is great, but be prepared to receive spam calls every 2 minutes! because our contact information Get sold, or it's not a safe site, and easily for spammers to get our information. I'm getting sick of the spam calls!!!

Lots of jobs advertised as permanent…
Lots of jobs advertised as permanent but are actually temp to perm. Also many jobs are advertised as Monday to Friday but when you look closer they also require weekend availability. Jobs are frequently not in search area requested e.g. job search radius of 15 miles from Stevenage and you are shown jobs in West Yorkshire and Liverpool?? If this was goods being sold action would be taken for false advertising so how do they get away with it?
