Sank a fair amount of money into indeed…

Sank a fair amount of money into indeed for either what appear to be fake applicants, people that just apply then get no further response or people accepting the job then just using it as a passing through point. I'm going to be using other services from now on, Indeed has wasted to much of my time

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, they want to charge you for everything! You are supposed to get 7 days free to post a job posting, but if you don’t create it from scratch every time, you don’t get access to the free 7 day posting. Who has the time for that!? Use Linked In!!!

Fleeced by dodgy software settings

Make sure you close the advert at the end as indeed will carry on fleecing money from your account even if you only specified the job advert to run for a few days. Dont trust the end of campaign date setting its meaningless as they run the advert till you find the close button. If you pause they automatically restart your advert The Irish owned company will happily over run campaigns until you see an invoice. Don't trust them

Not Bad

Use to be the top one but I feel that something it’s wrong, could be some of the 🤬 employers, pretending all the times when they should change themselves, instead of complaining when their adverts are such poor and useless. Others who are abroad seeking for a future in Uk I think they should learn another language to and start searching for other countries, here it’s getting worse, don’t waste your wishes, here the criminals are increasing including the smart bandits which don’t pay the ...

Rude staff Halifax store

I purchased 3 items for the Halifax store today. I was absolutely flabbergasted how rude your staff member was. There was no communication no interaction from her. I asked her for a receipt and never got one. She just walked away, she was to busy gassing with a member of staff. I find it incredibly shocking how the younger generation are nowadays. All I ask for is a please, thank you and goodbye, but never got one. In my opinion I would send all millennials on a personality course.

Worse than dealing with a government…

Worse than dealing with a government agency. Started a business recently and they have made the approval process excruciatingly difficult. Anyone who’s started a business knows that it’s a headache dealing with all of the 50 different licensing agencies, but Indeed has them beat. It should not be that difficult to post a damn job. They say they only need one document to prove you’re who you say you are but after calling them 6 times they need like 5 different documents that a brand new ...

Advertise to people 100's of miles away?

The quality of candidates is really poor and given that they're 100's of miles away from the job location, it seems like a completely pointless process advertising on with Indeed these days... Seriously need a feature of only allowing people to apply who actually live in the job location. London or Gambia to Brighton is a bit of a trek, don't you think?
