The business verification process is frustrating, customer service is vague and unhelpful.

The business verification process is extremely frustrating, terribly formatted, and disorganized. They suspended my account, after their system rejected 2 different documents I submitted without further explanation. After I phoned the second time I learned it was because they couldn't open a PDF file. To Indeed: I have contacted you NUMEROUS OCCASIONS to get this resolved and still it has not been. I have still not been able to pull up candidates profiles since after posting. This was BEFORE all charges were accrued from what I have seen. I spoke with a rep on the phone who said she was sending to tech team sounded like and told me she would clear out my balance for the inconvenience and that I would get a 500 dollar credit for the inconvenience as well. Garbage fake jobs, stupid assessments

Garbage fake jobs. Months old appearing as " recent jobs not seen". This is the second time I have received an assessment request from a job that was not fit for purpose. An office job assessment for an Airbnb clean When I phone said company to tell them they are stupid, they say they never requested an assessment. Indeed you are delusional! Now I understand why so many jobs and no one hiring! You make me sick! Absolute joke!

No jobs offered more than qualified

I have been on this site for about a year and have had no job offers. I believe this is not worth your time. I’m more than qualified for all these jobs, but still nothing.
