We’ve used indeed for recruitment on and off for a couple of years, although I’ve really no idea why. They’re unapologetically dire. Huge amount of inappropriate applicants that are either unqualified or live in a different continent. Once you’ve filtered through and found applicants that might fit the bill, the no show rate on interviews is at least 50%. CV formats are poor with insufficient information. Reporting NO SHOWS

As an employer looking for candidates on Indeed I can say with all honesty it's the worst. There should be an option to report emails between me and the candidate and an option to report NO SHOWS. This is getting ridiculous and wasting so much time. Candidates confirm on the day of interviews that they will be there and more times than not, they are a NO SHOW. Lack of real jobs

Have you ever applied through Indeed for jobs only to receive multiple "Sorry, this one didn't work out" message refusal replies only from Indeed yet not the actually company, only to note exact same jobs at same companies being advertised numerous times again and again periodically over following months? Have you ever been sent multiple Indeed generated emails with "I work at **** and I came across your resume on Indeed", or "We saw your resume and would like to receive your resume" or ...

Website

The indeed website is awful. The job description is a small section on the right bottom of the screen and then the black message bar is in the way, and there's nothing you can do about it. Indeed needs to improve their website so that I can clearly read the job description without feeling I'm walking a tightrope. It's almost as if they don't want you to see the job description. Strange.
