I have applied for over a dozen jobs…

I have applied for over a dozen jobs that I believe I’m qualified for, but have not heard back on 99% of the jobs that I applied for. I have been seeking employment from September 25 2023 to present

Firstly this doesn’t even deserve one…

Firstly this doesn’t even deserve one star. I am a family of 6 unemployed and just about to lose my house. I thought that maybe I would have a chance of getting a job but no every single time I try I either get rejected straight away or they don’t even bother to reply back to me. The amount of jobs that I have had to apply for is unbelievable I should be able to get a job straight away. I found this website really offensive and disrespectful as every single time they have the audacity to ...

Not trying to find you a job - just want to boost numbers

App is easy enough to use however I can’t help but get the feeling indeed tries to purposely drive up the number of applicants for a job to take more money for themselves. It feels as though they do not care about finding your next job, they just want to be able to go to the recruiter and say “hey, look how many applicants we have got for you - time to pay up” would rather use something more personal like LinkedIn

The website is not functional

The website is not functional. I use Chrome and the view on Chrome shows the website huge, and the job description is in a one-inch box you have to scroll through forever. The point is to look at jobs, so why can't I see the JOB. That should be the priority. It has caused me to stop using this site to apply for jobs.

Let down

I have atleast 12applications in for ASDA. None of which have been responded to The jobs keep being advertised by Indeed makes me feel a failure. The tests say not judgemental but they obviously are. I am hard working have worked all my life since 16. Now semi retired and the cost of living rising I need work. Indeed do not treat you as a human with feelings.

Severely damaged my business

My spend has been circa £2k a month with Indeed and I have had my account since 2018. My adverts were flagged 21 days ago for an 'age discrimination violation' I had stipulated drivers needed to be 23 and over in order to be insured to drive our vehicles (an insurance instruction) 21 days later and I have deleted all of my adverts, supplied official documents to verify the business and the account is still flagged. Our team have always relied on Indeed as a primary source for attracting ...

Pleasantly Surprised

A good number of resumes were sent our way very quickly after posting our position. Most candidates were local. About 25% of the resumes were worthy of follow-up. While we have not yet filled our position, I believe that thanks to Indeed, we are well on our way to doing so.

FAKE job postings...

Most of the jobs they are posting are FAKE! Date of experience - every day with 99% job listings by Indeed! Absolutely cannot be trusted. You find a listing on Indeed.com, you open the company web site (this is what you need to do) and there are zero jobs available. But on Indeed the job is current. You click Apply button and they get you to the Create Resume page instead of listing company page. The Indeed.com used to be the best site for jobs. Not anymore. Not smart of them... The Indeed ...
