Indeed sent me various emails throughout my time of job searching. I was looking for evening work from home, so added my CV to their site. It wasn't long before I found the perfect job for me. The whole process was easy with Indeed. This is the second time I have found employment through Indeed. I recommend Indeed whenever I hear of anyone looking for work.

My experience with customer service is excellent. My experience with the features in Indeed is not been easy as I see you took away some features (Virtual One-way Interview) Please, bring it back! self assessment test lacks the option to add additional skill tests. I would like to send a group message to all candidates without being slammed with emails. Export candidates is great but it only allows this do export once. Thank you for your continuous efforts

SCAM JOBS

SCAM JOBS Indeed, it is for scammers. Why not place a security code or 2-step verification upon signing on the website for your clients? I don't desire to waste my time while seeking a job! Indeed - Thank YOU!

My own view

Hello, Indeed is an excellent site in terms of use, as it is easy to use and simple ,But my experience with him was not successful because I had previously registered in several professions, but I did not receive any positive response. I hope that the response time to submitted applications will be quick and that the reasons for requesting that job will be taken into consideration as a consideration of people’s needs

Wish there was an alternative to Indeed

Customer service online chat was relatively helpful - though they cannot fix things on their end. I post jobs thru my payroll service and they show up as duplicates. I try to delete one and it deletes both. Since Indeed sees none they cannot fix it or restore it or tell me why it's duplicating. I have to resubmit the ad. I spend thousands of dollars on Indeed and get zero hires. It's very frustrating

there needs to be better explanations on how to use your site. Your response time is average but the people responding don't produce answers
