Indeed Poor Customer Support

As a third-party service provider for human resource services to small businesses, Indeed was non-supportive in helping me navigate the verification process so we could get my client's jobs posted. I had to wait 5 days before getting the needed direction. We missed critical time for getting their jobs posted. Was unclear how charges were calculated…

Was unclear how charges were calculated for sponsorship. Did not have many good candidates and 4 of 5 did not show up for an interview.

I have applied for 86 jobs, but nothing I have a certificate in first aid ,aed and cpr still can't find just one job, very bad

Indeed Going Downhill

Indeed becoming less & less useful as a job site. I've noticed a lot of suspicious job with no company name for e.g. or Ltds which don't exist. Probably employment agency CV phishing attempts. No point reporting as indeed do nothing. Indeed just want the advertisers money & don't care if it's legit. Advanced search facility no longer works properly. The view of the website is easy to…

The view of the website is easy to understand. However, I print off the applications and give them to one of the Doctor/Owners of the practice to review and decide if they want to contact the applicant for an interview. They don't always let me know if there is an application they are not interested in. Therefore, we may get charged for an application they decline.

As an employer, I do not like Indeed. A lot of features default and it's time consuming and frustrating to go through and turn everything off (poorly worded auto rejection letters, automatic salary ranges, skilss assessments, etc.). You THINK you;re not using these features but they show up anyway. Customer service number cant be found on website (had to google), MANY questions I had were not included in their 'help' menu or FAQ, and the fees are difficult to navigate. Indeed has really helped me get through finding great jobs. I feel this is a great service, and a free service to find a great job for you. I feel I've been given a great opportunity to reaching out great jobs. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for jobs. I don't think I would've found the job the I have now without indeed.
