Applied for 2 jobs through Indeed, the first one was for a class 2 hgv driving job ( I have a class 1 license with 20 years experience), they told me they had sent my application to the employer then within 5 minutes they told me I wasn’t suitable. Having contacted the employer directly they had never received anything from them. The second application was never even submitted to the employer. Variety was key in my search on Indeed
I found an ideal job for me on Indeed! And it wasn't one I was looking for! I expanded my search criteria beyond my typical filters, just to see what else was out there and it opened a new door for me. Indeed was easy to use, has great tools to help you, and a lot of employers seem to use the program.

What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform? A great hiring platform to use in my daily life to source the resources. Great UI and easy to use. User friendly with great integration. My hiribng carrier would have been lost without Indeed.

I wish there were more ways to prevent…
I wish there were more ways to prevent fake jobs or to have a way to filter out fake jobs so that employees have to wait long for responses, or a way to have a 2 week time out period so that employers are more motivated to hire people.

Impossible customer service
Indeed is seriously impacting my ability to apply for jobs as the phone connected to the two step authentication is disconnected - even tho I have the correct email and password I cannot access the account and its impossible to speak to someone who can help me!
