The site and app are very easy to use…
The site and app are very easy to use and great if you’re looking to stay in the same line of work. But the simplicity of the site is also its downfall. If like me you’re looking to change industry the site looks at your CV and keeps bringing you back to the same type of work even if your skills are transferable.

New job Postings are great/ Wish there was more requirements on Employers part
I like how frequently the system is being updated with new jobs and how it simplifies the application process. I wish there was something indeed can do so that employers can click a button or send an automated email to let applicants know whether or not they will be moving forward with an application. I applied to a job back in October and am just now hearing back.

I like that I can have current job…
I like that I can have current job applications at my fingertips and I can look through them at my will. What I don’t like is that no matter how many times I set the parameters I kept getting job offers that did not match my needs!
