Indeed is Easy to Use and Effective

I found Indeed quite easy to use, though some parts of it can be misleading at times. For example, it doesn't lead with telling you what employers you can and cannot message after applying, and sometimes the "sort by distance" setting fails to restrict to only opportunities within that area. For example, I'd often search for jobs within 5 miles, and it would pull up things 10+ miles away on occasion. I assume this will be worked out eventually, but for now, I recommend people pay very close ...

Giving me access to a varied range of employers helped me find my new employer, Fraser Excavation. I didn’t have the best of résumé’s but was able to make contact with their HR department. That’s what landed this job for me. Was supposed to start at $X/hour. After my first day, I’ll be be making $5/hour more. Thanks indeed

Indeed does NOT screen for scams!

Indeed does not screen for scams!! The majority of the job pages I click on provide an error message and the number of emails I receive from "employers" that think "this job would suit me" are ATTROCIOUS. This morning alone I received TWELVE emails at the same time from different job postings! NONE of which were suitable for me based on my profile at all! For goodness sake, how is anyone supposed to get a job when the moderators cannot even filter out the fakes? It is so annoying and makes ...

They are just an advertisement agency. They send out jobs 9 in a certain area, yet when you open the app it’s no such thing. Indeed is a just another money making machine and not giving the service.

I found the site easy to use & work…

I found the site easy to use & work with. About the only negative i encountered, was the constant posting of jobs, that are nowhere near your designated search area. It's a waste of time, as some aren't obviously stating their location. Click on one, that potentially interests, to find It's a hundred miles away.

No one answers me for a job

Indeed are awful

Indeed are awful. The minimum wage is £10.42 but they advertise jobs for less why?? It’s illegal!! If this continues it needs shutting down
