I disliking having the repeated jobs all the time . I hate the way the conversation on here are hard to follow . I would like for people to give me an opportunity to meet with them and talk more about my skills that may not be on there and not giving me opportunities.

To many jobs not even close to what my resume has listed with work experience. Only 1 employer contacted me out of the 15 applications I filled out. I had better luck looking on Craigslist.

Automated emails from “employers”

I receive so many spam emails from companies “interested in my resume” who I never hear back from or face immediate rejection. I’m matched with jobs I don’t qualify for and have only landed one job from indeed and 2 interviews over the course of a year. It’s really just the fake automated emails and poor matching skills as well as an over saturation of applicants (often hundreds per ad) that make it near impossible to land a realistic job on this site. EDIT: these are not “matching system” ...

Indeed is Easy to Use and Effective

I found Indeed quite easy to use, though some parts of it can be misleading at times. For example, it doesn't lead with telling you what employers you can and cannot message after applying, and sometimes the "sort by distance" setting fails to restrict to only opportunities within that area. For example, I'd often search for jobs within 5 miles, and it would pull up things 10+ miles away on occasion. I assume this will be worked out eventually, but for now, I recommend people pay very close ...

Great and consistent communication about openings, easy to use interface, significantly shortened and simplified my job search

Indeed often has positions that have…

Indeed often has positions that have expired, but they are still advertising the position.That’s frustrating! Also, the job recommended by your recruiters often do not fit your profile nor your experience. Other than these 2 issues my experience with Indeed has been great. The employers quickly respond, if they’re interested or not interested and I’m happy that Indeed messaging/ inbox has been updated.
