I apply many time in many jobs vacancies and I also went there in person but the manager told that there was not any hiring it means indeed application male people fool ? Why is that ?

Very expensive job posting. At the time of sign up no human to talk to to discuss cost options. Results were poor, many no shows or interviewees who were selected through AI who didn't even know what company we were! Did find someone but price was much too high.
