As an alternative job seeker I found their systems take up and waste too much of my time. In a competitive target orientated world. They slow you down. Too many employers place ads that then have a lot of monitions screening questions and long winded tests . To shift through , sometimes the requirements are not clearly specified in the front of house part of the job advert . Easy stressful process to a new career.

I had the best experience ever finding a new job that was relevant to my cv.I was surprised how easy the whole process was from start to finish. I had never applied for a job online before as I had been in a stable job for 7 year's and back then it was a paper application form ,Indeed sent relevant job alerts and I applied to 4 jobs and I was selected for a trial shift at a café and was offered the job.

It is a wonderful help and accurate information to look for a job.

I like being able to apply with only a few clicks.

I like being able to click through the process to make applying as easy as possible. I like finding out about interesting companies that I have never heard of before. I wish that Indeed would let us upload supplementary material, like documents that demonstrate work, or an updated resume. Sometimes the company leaves the ad up for less than 24 hrs, so we don't have time to customize a resume.

Would be nice to know that once you show interest in a position that the employer acknowledged that they received my response and would be reviewing and let a person know that a response would be coming either interested or not.
