Indeed is great! It's easy to use and understand. I love that candidate messages are sent directly to my email so I can respond right away, rather than having to go back into Indeed. I like having the ability to save message templates and to use them when responding to applicants. I also love that you can create your own custom pre-screening application questions to help review candidates more quickly. Okay let me tell you about my experience, first I started working as job on training and people were saying that this not job on training he knows the job. For now have got a vast experience machining and mechanical fitting I do work without or on a minimum supervision I can manufacture,assemble and dismantle so to tell you don't follow my papers ,papers are just papers someone can buy papers and be given to you and these are good papers .Me I know the job and I am industrious, am talented ...

Easy, smooth, and very helpful

I was able to have easy applying access to the jobs in my field of mental health. There were reviews from other employees that work or have worked there. I was able to apply, get messages from my potential interviewer. This process went smoothly. I was able to easily keep track of the jobs I applied for with the different tabs in the application program. I has the 2nd interview and I got the job.

Severe micro managing

Severe micro managing, multiple bosses who all teach the same thing in different ways, no respect for employees, they promise full time then cut you down to nothing.
