Indeed has deactivated my job account for absolutely no reason and when I submit proof documents they don't even read them. They just reject them. The only thing worse than that is dealing with support where you get ping ponged through so many reps who all copy and past an outdated customer service script. Never mind, the whole time the contact number on their website is out of order during operating hours and the chat option just redirects you to their email customer service funnel.

I had a paid account and after 5 months and our effectively saving paid credits, indeed abruptly suspended account saying they suspect candidates are being contacted on other platform. Just speculation at their end without knowing , if this is even possible at all. We bid on projects and we save credits as we could not add more contacts despite of many mails to indeed. We have many job boards and no one has ever played this kind of game . It seems this job board is totally run by crooks and ...
