"Incident IQ was a game changer for us."

What do you like best about Incident IQ? Deployment was a snap and tracking student devices has been so much easier than the inventory application we were using before. It syncs with both Google and our SIS which is not something our previous system could do which made user setup very easy. The additional apps that can be installed like Jamf School integration and Fee Tracking are incredibly useful and I love the fact that every couple of months, new features are added. What do you dislike ...

"Great product for school districts"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? Intuitive user interface, product built for school districts specifics, always quick and helpful support. We use Assets, Tickets, Parts modules and they cover all our needs. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? There is nothing to dislike, the product is amazing. Some features could be improved but the team is probably already working on that. BTW, a great idea to have a 'feature suggest option and a team that starts working on the requests ...

"Incident IQ Asset System - A polished asset system that's missing some key features"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? The clean and modern user interface and ease of device checkout really stand out. This, as well as great uptime and few server issues are likely its best features. Following that, custom views are great, allowing for views to be saved for later reference at the admin or school level (it's basically reporting but streamlined). What do you dislike about Incident IQ? This is a relatively young product and there are many features still missing. Use of ...

"Great product"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? Facilities & technology ticketing in one place as well as asset management. The recent addition of the fee tracker has been a godsend as every school in our district was doing something different. We're all now in IncidentIQ. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? There's not a great way to view a users asset history, which can be very annoying. We feel as if the reporting functions are kind of clunky as well. These are all issues that can be ...

"Reliable and Customizable"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? It's pretty customizable. While the amount of customization can seem intimidating, I like how much we can personalize if we really want to. The views are especially useful. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? The search function can be tricky and unreliable sometimes, specifically the keyword search. Closing multiple tickets at once is a useful feature, but is limited because it relies on the end-user selecting the proper category. Recommendations ...

"Integrates very well with K-12 environment."

What do you like best about Incident IQ? The Asset system is integrated with the Ticket system, making inventory much easier to keep accurate. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? Some color choices on the UI side panel are difficult to navigate. What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you? We are solving inventory accuracy issues and can provide improved metrics. Increased productivity is a benefit from the Asset/Ticket integration.

"Very Positive. Would definitely recommend!"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? We like how IIQ streamlines our ticket and asset management processes. It allows us to get rid of multiple spreadsheets and save time from having to piece together incidents manually. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? We really wish there were more customization to the fee tracker portion of IIQ. We would also like auto page refresh to be implemented so that ticket statuses in the dashboard would update more automatically. Recommendations to ...
