What do you like best about incident.io? I really like that incident.io is slack-centric, everyone can collaborate. The slackbot helps us with all of the incident management functions we need. Its functions help us to have clarity on who is doing what to drive incidents forward. Also, the reminders help us guide incidents forward.

What do you like best about incident.io? I didn't know about incident.io until I've had the opportunity to learn from him at the current company I'm working for.
