What do you like best about Improvado? They work very fast and are very knowledgeable when I open tickets. They always try to understand the root cause before solving a problem. I trust they will do a good job. They are also very helpful in offering solutions to new requests/problems. What do you dislike about Improvado? "Improvado is by far the best option we've had for reporting, especially for Amazon data."

What do you like best about Improvado? The multi channel marketing tool which allows you to consolidate metrics from multiple platforms in to one combined analysis in realtime. What do you dislike about Improvado? Very little downsides, each dashboard you create can take a bit of time to configure but not that bad. Their support team is incredible and the platform checks all the boxes that we need it to. What do you dislike about Improvado?
