What do you like best about impact.com? The platform has a very clean UI/UX, which makes navigating the various functions pretty easy and straightforward. We love the ability to create complex contracts and IOs (varying commission levels, bonus tiers, etc.). The MediaRails platform also enables us to scale our communications to affiliate partners, as well as recruit new partners.

"Very robust Affiliate Marketing Platform"
What do you like best about impact.com? I like how robust the Impact solution is. Tracking works flawless and it's got good customization options for terms. I also use it for Publisher research and acquisition and their portal is really useful for that.

What do you like best about impact.com? The platform is comprehensive and user friendly. It is easy to onboard new partners and quickly launch campaigns. Whenever issues do arise, the team is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I have been using the platform for 3 years, and it has only gotten better over time.

"Great Customer Service & help learning format, however their client base seems to have high demands."
What do you like best about impact.com? By far the Customer Service is fantastic, one of the best out there. They are open to listening and trying to resolve any issues I had at start. I was new to the format and they send helpful "HOW TO's" and within minutes I was on my way to applying to vendors. They follow up just to make sure that things are going well.
