"Ease of use and great support makes a great product"
What do you like best about impact.com? Ease of use for our partners was one of the main reasons we switched to Impact Radius. Intuitive interface, clear reporting, nicely organised dashboards are something partners appreciate and as well, make life easier for us. Besides that, countless amount of features when creating contracts and all kind of reports you would dream of. Support who enlightens on how to take everything from this platform.

What do you like best about impact.com? Impact is very useful in the SaaS platform - however, I feel that there are many drawbacks in it's actual implementation when compared to other non SaaS platforms

"Highly Valuable Affiliate Platform With Deep Analytical Abilities"
What do you like best about impact.com? The reporting capabilities of Impact are incredibly granular and slice-able in all directions. Not to mention the technical and customer support is world class. I managed the technical integration between our databases and Impact, which involved an API integration and pixel placements. The tech support was beyond knowledgeable and helpful through the journey, which wasn't an easy one.

What do you like best about impact.com? I like how granular you can get with the reporting functionality. SKU level reporting is huge for me because it maximizes accuracy.
