The level of incompetence shown by…

The level of incompetence shown by their technical support is astounding. 2 weeks of back and forth over a simple password reset. Still waiting. Their emails are no-reply so you have to use the contact form to respond. This then creates a new ticket and puts you at the back of the queue. They then ask you to log in and communicate via your dashboard, evidently forgetting that the very reason for raising a ticket in the first place was an inability to log in. No analytics capability

No analytics capability, filter or breakdown to understand the traffic you drive.To me that's a deal breaker.Basically it just counts clicks, I can do that 100 other (better) ways.
