"Excellent Document Management System"

What do you like best about iManage Work? The ability to search within all documents. Each document is OCR scanned so you have the ability to search all documents throughout the database and it is an outstanding benefit. What do you dislike about iManage Work? The inability to change the name of the workspace when required. If you need to change the name of a workspace, you have to create a completely different workspace, move all the documents over and then delete the workspace you do not ...

"Accessing Documents centrally, from anywhere."

What do you like best about iManage Work? We like that with matter centricity, it is similar to how a user would store documents locally, but now, everyone can access the same content! The web interface is easy to navigate and user-friendly. What do you dislike about iManage Work? It is a bit pricey and takes a lot of administrative work to manage. Otherwise, you will be opening tickets all of the time. The initial setup is intense if integrated with many applications. What problems is ...

The results are viewable in a large user friendly format. What do you dislike about iManage Work? I've been a paralegal for 15 plus years and Imanage is my favorite document management system to date. I've yet to have any dislikes of the system. It's so much more efficient than prior systems I've used. Recommendations ...

"iManage Work is an easy to use and intuitive content management system."

What do you like best about iManage Work? I like the flexibility to create more than "Case" workspaces. Although iManage is matter-centric, you can create specific templated workspaces or very individualized workspaces depending on the need. I also am impressed by iManage as a company. They listen to their customers and are constantly improving the product. I am a user, feature trainer and administrator of iManage at our organization, this is a product I believe in and that makes my job a ...

"iManage continues to move in the right direction"

What do you like best about iManage Work? We've been iManage companies for years, as they've gone through various ownership changes, and we've seen the quality and direction of the product change many times over the years, usually for the worse. However, since the release of iManage Work, the product has continued to improve significantly.
